Founder & Lead Engineer

Luke is an engineer with a background in mechanical engineering, control systems, simulation, and AI architecture. Before launching Spears Solutions, he built File AI, a high speed semantic file search engine used for personal and research workflows.

He has also designed advanced engineering systems, including simulation tools, embedded RAG engines, and multi agent LLM architectures. Luke’s focus is on building AI systems that are technically sound, practical to use, and capable of transforming how businesses work.
